Each municipality should contact DGLAC, in order to send the municipality user credentials by e-mail at dglac.contact@moim.gov.lb. Then you can login in to your account and you can start entering your municipality details. In addition, you can track any form submitted to DGLAC using the ID number, and fill and submit surveys uploaded by DGLAC on the website.
You can open the WhatsApp application on your mobile phone and send a text message to the following number: 01-610140.
The automated call center will provide several options for existing services.
Select the number of the service required and you provide the number of the application that you have received when you register it at the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities.
Then your request will be automatically processed and answered through WhatsApp when the reply is ready.
